Monitoring ISPs monitoring customers
p2pnet view P2P:- Canada needs a powerful watchdog with real teeth to monitor the way ISPs monitor their customers with DPI, deep packet inspection or dedicated privacy invasion, depending on how it’s used, and who’s using it.
