I head to Austin this Friday for SXSW Interactive. Nobody respects you there if you're not a burgeoning young millionaire, so this year I created a business plan to get people to pay attention to me.I've already RSVP'd to every party under the name of my corporate conglomerate "PCOE." It stands for "Professor Curls Online Enterprises," obviously. The term comes from my old AOL screename.
The first project that PCOE needs venture capital for is a multi-plat application called Logjammr.
Logjammr (formerly LoGgJamR) is a cross-platform multi-functional mobile app that focuses on America's growing need for access to wait-times on log-flume rides, worldwide.
Your family might arrive at a theme park, and be unsure whether they should head directly to the "log ride" or buy soft pretzels and frozen lemonade. Logjammr takes that uncertainty out of the equation.
Our app uses third-party wikiblogging-technology to populate fields which transmit information directly to your cell phone via SMS.
You'll instantly know that there is only a 40-minute wait for "Thunder Creek Mountain." If that's too long, just scroll down to see other wait-times. You'll discover that "Wild Wasserbahn" only has a 15-minute wait. Sure it's at an amusement park in Belgium, but knowledge is power. And power is what Logjammr gives you.
PCOE is looking to raise $200k dollars. That may seem like a lot of money, but we're going to throw a really, really, really sick party.
We look forward to meeting you, and hope that you bring your checkbook.
