  • Cloudburst Research has announced AutoStitch 3.1, which brings significant improvements in panoramic photography to users of the iPhone 4 and the new iPod touch 4G. AutoStitch can automatically combine any arrangement of photos into high resolution panoramas of up to 18 megapixels in size. Version 3.1 introduces some important new features that will make the experience even better. AutoStitch can now use multi-tasking to complete a stitch while a user runs other apps.
  • GamesAisle has released Earth Invaders 3D 1.0 for iPhone, iPod touch and iPad users. Packed with non-stop action, the jet fighter game dishes up plenty of challenge as players defend our planet against alien invaders. Earth Invaders 3D is full of amazingly spectacular 3D graphics and special effects, including the first tunnel firing perspective ever offered in a jet fighter app. Aliens invaded and they did a lot of damage. They mean to finish the job unless a player manages to stop them.
  • Independent Software Developer Pattrns.com is celebrating the success of Toy Cash Register, an update to its preschool targeted iPhone App, as well as an app scholarship. Toy Cash Register is designed to be used to play store, similar to many toy cash registers you can find in the real world. The upgrade has banknotes in the drawer that are representative of the United States and Canada, and an additional ten other countries are represented in currencies available as in app purchases.
  • Independent mobile entertainment developer Binary Dawn Interactive Inc. has announced WordUs2 1.0 for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. Suitable for all ages, WordUs2 comes with a dictionary of thousands of words. The aim of the game is to find a word in a varying number of attempts. Help comes from symbols or colors that indicate when letters are correctly placed, or if letters exist in the word to be found. WordUs2 features four exciting game modes, as well as OpenFeint integration.
